As Joslyn Group’s founder and managing director, Greg Joslyn works in close partnership with our clients to achieve high-quality outcomes.

In fact, it’s Greg’s approach and passion for what he does that sets us apart from our competitors. You’ll find Greg personally across every aspect of your project: day in, day out, from beginning to completion and beyond.

Greg has 25 years’ experience in conceptualising, project managing and delivering turf solutions.

He is one of Australia’s leading sports builders, with a long history in earth moving and civil construction.

Greg’s experience was honed while working in the family business, a role he held for decades before branching out on his own to start Joslyn Group in 2014.

A detail-oriented problem solver, Greg understands the complexities of getting a foundation right from the outset.

It’s this commitment to excellence coupled with a wealth of practical experience that ensures Greg produces a superior,international-standard surface for your sports ground – every time.

Before joining forces with Joslyn Group, Paul Christian ran the family business started by his dad, growing it to 12 people. During that time, he partnered directly with Joslyn Group, and that approach continues today. Thanks to Paul's expertise and skill, it means each project we undertake is scoped, managed and completed to the highest quality. 

With more than 25 years’ experience in civil construction, specialising in roadworks, car parks, wetlands, landscaping, subdivisions and more, Paul is the ultimate pro when it comes to understanding the intricacies and challenges of a site. It’s one of the reasons our clients regard him so highly – they know they can trust Paul to deliver on his promises.

You’ll see Paul collaborating directly with our clients, consultants and staff, with his strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities and can-do attitude making him an asset to every project.

Paul brings depth, knowledge and unparalleled commitment to all areas of the business. Most comfortable on-site, he works alongside our team to ensure that a strong work ethic and attention to detail is a hallmark of our projects

Steve Crankshaw

Site Supervisor

In his role as a Site Supervisor, Steve Crankshaw keeps the wheels turning on site, ensuring the day-to-day operations run efficiently and safely. An effective communicator with a focus on learning and training, Steve has more than 20 years' experience in the construction industry. His passion for achieving quality outcomes has seen him play an important role in projects including Seabrook Reserve.

Peter Keane

Site Supervisor

A motivated and hardworking Site Supervisor, Peter Keane is responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction team and the timely delivery of projects. With more than 12 years’ experience, Peter brings an in-depth knowledge of the sports field construction industry and, thanks to his focus on building long-lasting bonds, creates strong working relationships with his team, clients, stakeholders and subcontractors.
